During Private Dinners customers get to sit back and relax in the comfort of their home whilst I prep, cook serve and clean up therefore alleviating the stress of entertaining. I can do demos and explain each dish in detail or demonstrate various culinary tips and tricks you can try yourself.
I cook with the seasons so that you can experience local British produce at its best, and I provide extremely high quality ingredients I have foraged in the wilderness myself. This implies a luxurious, nutritious and conscious meal – a rare and memorable experience in wild plant-based food. The theme of the event, its menu and your level of involvement in the process is tailored to your preferences, kitchen facilities and other event criteria.

I come to your home and prep, cook, serve and clean. All you have to do is communicate the number of guests.
Beforehand we’ll agree on a number of courses and the specific menu as well as any allergies or intolerances I should be aware of.
This is my favourite format. Here, you can chose for me to simply be your private chef- but I also love entertaining. We can all chat about food-related topics, from foraging to cooking techniques, to plating, if you and your guests are interested. I’ll be thrilled to feature an elaborate demo and a Q&A session on the secrets of vegan and vegetarian food preparation.
I partner with vegan and vegetarian professionals to around creative collaborations and pop-up events.
The Vegetarian Italian Supper Club is the result of such a collaboration. We played with exciting concepts, from a monocrome pop-up event in an art-gallery to a summer picnic event among others. There is no limit to what we can do together and I welcome partnerships with plant-based chefs of all kinds
I also organize special events for corporate clients. Team-building, creative yoga-classes, an important announcement etc. —I work with you to create a customised plan for a one-of-a-kind gourmet event.
